Our friends over at Hypebeast showed us the way to this beautiful video for the Raf Simons AW10-11 campaign. Directed by photographer Willy Vanderperre and with styling and make up by two of fashion’s most well known names, Olivier Rizzo and Peter Philips. In sum, a striking, beautifully made short video that really captures the collection’s main idea, fragmentation.

Edward Scissorhands wears Band Of Outsiders by John Woo
Part of the ongoing collaboration between designer John Woo and Highsnobiety for the “He Wears It” series, an Edward Scissorhands character has just been released wearing a full Band Of Outsiders ensemble. We’ve been fans of Woo’s previous work and we’re thrilled
that he continues to display such a good taste in the clothing department, by featuring another one of the brands we carry.

Buttero Suede Boots
Remember that song about the blue suede shoes? Well, we’re certainly not talking about blue shoes here but, no doubt these Buttero boots deserve a tune named after them. Made from the most wondrous of suedes, the boots have fully leather lined interiors and deliver a chunky zipper at the back. Having aesthetic and comfort in mind, the guys at Buttero have also thrown a stunning crepe sole to the mix.
While on the song subject, we guess it’s safe to say that these boots were made for walking…

Our Legacy AW10 Looks “Génération Perdue”
Our Legacy’s inspiration for AW10 is found in the simple everyday life, finding the small forgotten things and bringing them back to contemporary life. Icon free and in search of unique garments and style, while free of seasonal trends and themes, “Génération Perdue”
is a celebration of all cultural differences between people, blurring the borders between countries, ethnicities and cultural patterns around
the world. Our Legacy is always one of our favorite collections here at the shop, for its simple yet researched approach but, above all,
because it feels so natural, personal and close.

1901 Factory Gates
This amazing film from 1901 features the leaving of work of the british working class. Being an important social record of
everyday life at the time, it is also a beautiful and powerful document of the people’s way of dressing in that period.
Curious how the workers clothes of that time can relate to today’s men’s trends and looks. It hasn’t changed so much, has it?!…
